Why SURYA RHYTHM ?

The word Surya means the sun — and like the sun, we move in rhythm. Rhythm lives in us — in our breath, in our steps, in our beating hearts. This weekend is about returning to that natural rhythm — through sound, movement, stillness, and shared presence. We come together for these three days to create a sense of tribe —a space of warmth, openness, and real connection. To move, to heal, to celebrate — in community, in love.

Experience Yoga, QiGong, Sound Healing, Ecstatic Dance, DJ Sets, Live Music & Jams, Dance, movements & somatics; EFT, Breathwork, Meditation, Ice Baths, Gong Baths, Free Your Voice, Drumming Circles, Playful embodiment, Workshops, Art & Craft, and more, a retreat for the whole family!

Live music and DJs set the rhythm, creating a space for everyone to dance, move, and feel free.

Hot and Cold drinks and a variety of vegan and vegetarian food will be available throughout the weekend, however no alcohol will be sold on-site. We encourage you to enjoy yourself consciously and embrace fully the wellness you receive from us.
